  Usually good, some strange advice from the fish room people but for (I assume) minimum wage you cant expect them to know everything, I just wish they didn't pretend to know everything

  The clientele is adorable. But better stocking of the shelves would be more convenient than having to ask for help nearly every visit.

  I enjoy going to pet smart a lot. I don't usually buy much but I love to look at the animals. One day I will be adopting a cat from one of the stores. Now isn't the right time sadly. But I'm always blown away by how inexpensive the birds and lizards cost lol

  On a Tuesday afternoon, with probably 5 people in the hole store I have asked for help from the Pet Smart staff regarding my dogs needs. Ignoring the costumer and delaying service for about 10 minutes this employee that was asked to help me was checking on me from far back to see if I am still around or I give up. I guess she's the winner! I left leaving behind a basket full of goodies. Way to go Petsmart you definitely hired your greatest employee !!!

  The groomers did a fantastic job on my border collie this week. I forgot that he was white until I picked the little bugger up. My pup loved them and they did a great job (Hillary was our gal). I’ve even added a before and after shot so you can see first hand his transformation from a cream coloured street dog to a fluffy, white regal dog. You guys rock!
