  Strangest experience. The lady behind the desk didn't make any sense in what she was saying and was not very friendly. She wasn't very interested in showing us what we were interested in, especially since their golf cart was broken and she didn't seem too thrilled about walking. We just went down the street to another company instead. Will not go back to Sentinel Storage.

  Then she tells me I scratched the drivers side as well. saying "The black shading had marks that disappeared and these shaded marks were caused from you."

  Nice facility, good staff.... BUT their billing system is horrible, they can't provide me with a statement, when asked all they provided me with was my payment receipts. Had to use my own bank statements to reconcile my account. They've charged me late fees when they shouldn't have, charged me late fees when their own system didn't work properly and they raised my rent without any notice of an increase. Actively looking for alternate arrangements unless they drop the late fees.

  I do not support these low morals, so I instantly closed my account. Yet today I find the blond lied to me a forth time, since I'm still being sent bills. Anyone supporting this blond secretary encourages negative morals... whats next?

  The only star is because the facility is very nice and clean ! The problem is that I have been waiting for 1 1/2 months for a refund. Once you are out they don't care about the client. No one contact you if there is a problem. Can't believe very small businesses can do a refund right away, but they can't. Horrible experience. horrible customer service. They are super nice as long as they have your business.

  She said the scratch on the truck occurred while driving... when i knew nothing occurred. In fact the scratch she pointed out was impossible to occur while driving. The scratch bubbled up an inch and down an inch repeatedly for about 6 feet and even changed directions. A later day she marked the scratch turned into numerous scratches in a 1 ft tall area on the rear corner of the sentinel truck. so a line scratch became 100's of scratches at the corner of the truck.

  The Customer Service I received from both Shannon and Leah is commendable. They answered all my questions and concerns as this was the first time I have rented a storage locker.

  I found the storage space super clean and easy to access, also I appreciated the carts that were there for customer use at no cost.
