  Just wanted to give these guys a shoutout!! I exchanged some boots that I got at another soft moc but I accidentally left an orthotic in one of them. They were great and held it for me so i could pick it up. Also great service so thanks so much!

  Honestly I just had a overall terrible experience at soft mock in Coquitlam centre I would recommend that nobody goes there they are inconsiderate rude and unhelpful. I was in the store for over half an hour just trying to do a simple exchange. They were unsympathetic and unorganized.

  This store has been awesome. I have purchased several pairs of blundstones and slippers and other things and have always received great service. They also made warrantying products a breeze. Have recommended several of my friends buy boots from this store.
