    About two weeks later I go in to use the store credit and the assistant manager is in yet again and with the co worker who happened to over hear the refund situation two weeks prior. Neither one of them greeted me. I was the only customer in the store and with my two children. I’m standing there holding a sandal and the sales associate notices me but doesn’t say “hi” or “can I help you with anything?” Or “can I get you a size?” Straight silent treatment.

    Sure enough the backpack stopped zipping a month later and I brought it back. It was the assistant manager again and I asked her if she remembered me, she said yes. I asked for the refund because at this point two broken zippers was my limit. She told me she couldn’t do a refund just store credit. I explained to her that the manger had offered me a refund as a choice the first time and asked what the difference was. She replies “you don’t have a receipt I can’t prove you paid for it and if my store manager wants to break our policy that’s up to her but I can’t”. I was left with no choice but to take store credit. She handed it to me and never bothered to say one word including “bye” or “have a good day”. Rude.

    I tried on a few pairs and the girls seemed so annoyed that I would even bother them by asking for a size. After a while they just kept saying "no" when I asked for a size. Even though they weren't even checking in the back.

    I ordered and prepaid for shoes 2 weeks ago. I was told that I would get a phone call when the shoes arrived in approx. 5 business days. Still haven't gotten a call. I have tried calling them multiple times and it just rings and rings and no one ever answers. Not super thrilled that I had to prepay for something with no customer service follow up. I would have rather gone to another store and pick them up.

    Went in today to purchase a pair of boots. Picked three display shoes I liked and asked the lady for my size. She said ok but didn't take the display shoes I was holding like at other stores. Leaving me to put them back on the shelf.

    I put the shoe down and said “it’s unfortunate you ladies don’t greet your customers anymore” and the assistant manger looks up. I asked where the nearest location was because I just wanted to take my business elsewhere. Long story short the assistant manger got defensive, I told her the customer service was poor and that they should be greeting customers. ESP when there’re two employees and only one customer. She threatened to get store security infront of my two kids. I was very upset after that and asked for her managers name and told her I would be filing a complaint with head office.

    Do not shop here. Horrible experience. Did not inform me that of I didn't buy immediately the shoes would go out of stock. Thought they reserved them. Very dissatisfied.

    Bottom line, these are young girls with attitude, poor customer service, not able to handle disputes, nor have the ability to take feedback. Skip Spring and visit any other shoe store! Aldo is just up the hall!

    Called in to speak with the manager about a defective backpack where the zipper kept getting caught. The manager told me I could exchange it or refund it. I went into the store and chose to exchange it for another only a different style. The assistant manager Marissa was in and gave me another backpack. While selling it to me the zipper was getting caught. She said she fixed it “but these are cheap backpacks” and said “it happens”. Reluctantly I took it and left. Surprised she described their products as “cheap” though being that she represents Spring.
