    Woman forgot to bring me my fries. After 10 minutes I asked another woman if I could get them and the first woman told her manager that I had lied and had already taken my fries. Begrudgingly the manager told the woman to bring me my fries but she spat in them while the manager had her back turned.

    Only took twenty minutes to line up and get my food with 4 people in line ahead of me. Wish I came here more often to waste more time. I've had better waiting times on Disneyland rides.

    Staff barely speaks English. Girl at counter couldn't understand what 5 ketchup packets meant. She tried to give me 2.

    Worst ever. I could. Have done better blind fold. The. Fries cold. And burgers. Taste. So old And I bring. Back less. Then. 5 mins. And they. Tell me sorry we closed and can’t. Refund u. And. Tell me to come back tomorrow wow. What a joke

    I believe this is a training location for new hires. The service is a bit slower and there is often confusion with the till. When I went to this location yesterday the order was not done correctly according to what was ordered. The staff looked at the order again and realized their error and did make it right. I do find that the customer service is always good. It's nice to also have a Tim Hortons in the same building as there is always something for everyone
