  Made an order over the phone with a gentleman, when my husband went to pick up they said there was no order made over the phone and then denied the coupon when I called in a second time to speak to them about the order and coupon the lady was very rude and hung up on me in mid sentence.

  Good chicken! Different from KFC perhaps less spicy but still very crispy and juicy on the inside. We wanted to order 16 piece all white meat but there wasn't enough - it would have been a 15 min wait. I guess we should have phone in ahead of time

  I couldn't stop thinking if I saw myself eating this I'd be so sad watching it because a wrap should be the most simple thing to get right but it was such a let down I didn't have any enjoyment.

  Small place with limited seating. Ordered the Tex Wrap combo. The chicken was so dry and not fresh. Same goes with the veggies in it and wrapping. It was wrapped poorly. I can get over the wrapping of it but the ingredients were way below standard.
