  This location is absolutely atrocious. Terrible customer service calls every time to say that the order either cannot be fulfilled or that there is a several hour delay due to not having a driver available. Makes up lies every time, on 5~6 separate occasions as to why, and when the pizza arrives it is terrible, any other location I have ordered from in the past is consistent and delicious except for this one that always tastes slightly of fish oil.

  A Chinese lady owns the business and she has friendly staffs. They have special offer every night. The down side is the owner can speak only Chinese so you can’t chit chat and gossip about neighbourhood activities while buying food! ( lol)

  I placed an order online for 10 large pizzas and a bunch of other extras. 2 pizzas were made incorrectly. I left a complaint online, nobody even bothered reaching out to me. A week later I sent in another complaint and someone called from the store and left a voicemail for me to call them back (didn't even leave their name). I called back and explained the situation, the person says "I remember your order, we made sure everything was correct, what wasn't right? I asked if they had read my complaint? because I wrote that on 2 pizzas the olives were on the wrong side (Had ordered half and half). He sighs and says "I will give you $5 towards your next order, ok?"... Instead of apologizing for screwing up the pizzas that I had paid for, he made it seem like it was my fault that they screwed up. I just told him to keep his $5 because I won't be ordering from them anymore. Do NOT order from this place! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

  Order from this store very very often (Once a week), Have been doing so for over a year and only once have I had a complaint about my pizza. I highly recommend this store and the delivery staff are all super nice!

  Manager / owner can sometimes be heard screaming at employees. Regularly give you the wrong pizza. On carryout I've waited up to an hour for pizza.
