  I used them several years ago. They provided good caring service at a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend A Basic Cremation.

  I am shocked at the treatment I just received from this company on the phone! They called me back after I left a msg inquiring about their services, which was good. However, the guy talked A LOT as if he needed to sell his product and then I very politely asked him if he could hold for one minute. He was very hesitant and quite rude about it and when I pointed it out to him he said "it is rude to ask someone to wait when they are giving you their speech" and HE HUNG UP ON ME! I can't imagine if I had this guy in the moments after a loved one had passed and there might have been interruptions. He was also so intent on selling and saying what he wanted to say that he was obviously not the LEAST BIT INTERESTED in actually listening.

  I heard a driver stole a ring from an old man's body. Ew. In my opinion the owner owes that family some money, for his staff being criminals. Sorry dude; fire that driver, & anti up.
