  They had a really good deal on the Sony X900E TV, but the customer service was terrible. I asked one question (and looked interested in buying the TV) and he answered it and walked away. Like bro, hang out for a bit to see if I have any other questions lol.

  Got my son a Nintendo 2ds xl, he opened on Christmas and doesn't even turn on after charging. I phone this morning and their message says that they won't be answering calls and will not be dealing with returns or exchanges today. Thanks for ruining my son's Christmas Best Buy!
