  Love my apple products but have had so many poor experiences here. One tech once walked away from me while I was still trying to get to the bottom of a problem I was having with my iPhone. I hope the next time I go I will have better service so I can change this review, till then it stays at a 1 star for very poor service.

  I came in to have my apple tv reset a while ago, and while I really enjoy my apple products, the costumer service at this location leaves much to be desired.

  I had an appointment and still had to wait, made me think how redundant it was to make an appointment in the first place. The customer service rep wasn't pleasant enough, but even after having to wait for my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, the rep asks if they can help another customer at the same time, which to me isn't professional when i already had to wait. I would appreciate more responsive and friendly staff, its not a good business model to waste your customers time.

  Manager and associate were super rude and did not sympathize with my struggle over the last week with my phone! I felt spoken down to and policy was thrown in my face and I did not feel heard at all!! Shockingly I walked into a different location and I kid you not, the manager granted me a replacement in 2 mins!!!!! This location has some learning to do on how to treat your customers and not just go by policy but go above and beyond with great customer service.

  Just waited on hold for 30 mins to get an unqualified person answer my call. Couldn't answer my question because she was having software issues, offered to call me back...read off her own store phone # to call me. OMG Told her I was in an area with very sporadic cell reception, would not let me wait on hold. All I want is to bring my phone in next month and get a new battery. Absolutely pull your hair out frustration. Like talking to a door knob.

  Apple Coquitlam Centre was helpful when I needed my battery replaced on warranty. The staff were fairly organized and quite friendly.
