  Receptionist is very nice and the best thing is no wait at all when I got there at 1pm. Doctor came in just when we were sitting down in the room. Very patient to children. 5 stars for this experience!

  Worst clinic I have ever been to. Go somewhere else. They could care less about their patients.

  I've been there two times, waiting for more than an hour, and after doctor came it seems that he was in hurry, no prescription, just said drink more water for a serious infection which came back in 2 days, and also as it shows in Google the clinic supposed to be open till 4 p.m on Friday, but it was closed at 3:15pm

  Doctor was extremely disappointing. I had two serious issues going on and he was only able to listen to one but was not even able to resolve it (told me to take some gravol). Told him that this issue is affecting my day to day life (issue going on for a couple of years now & I have recently moved to BC & have no family doctor) and he totally ignored it because "it's busy and have no time to deal with It" "come back when it's not busy" - seriously what kind of doctor says that??? I recommend you to go to any different clinic that will take more than 1.5 to 2 mins for a doctor to look at you after waiting for 45 mins.

  ATTENTION: Do NOT visit this clinic for ANYTHING. I have been here multiple times, on multiple occasions and EVERY time I have left with more questions than answers. Today, I personally visited the clinic to ask about my foot which was in chronic pain. Little did I realize, if you have more than 1 problem - you have to pick which one is worse. So (un)luckily for me, I was coughing and sneezing blood so I asked about that instead. To my disdain, I was asked if I had any allergies and when I answered that I wanted an allergy test, the doctor refused to assign me one. He said that even if I was allergic to dust or my dog, AND I QUOTE. “What are you gonna do about it?”... IM SORRY WHAT?!?!. It is none of your concern what I will do, it IS your concern to address my symptoms and help me and not simply ignore my requests and then deny that allergy tests exist.. when literally my best friend received one less than a week ago. Not only that, the doctor physically RAN out of the room before I could even ask a question. They truly treat you horrendously, and often you feel as though you’re judged extensively THE ENTIRE TIME. I’m sorry, but no one should feel judged in a doctors office, and especially not ridiculously disregarded. The staff are also poorly trained, as soon as I walked in - instead of a simple greeting or welcome - you are completely ignored until the receptionist is “ready to DEAL with you”. You are left awkwardly standing at the door waiting to explain why you’re there. Regardless of a few customer service concerns, the fact that both doctors at the clinic are grossly incoherent, couldn’t care less about your problems, AND OFTEN MISDIAGNOSE YOUR ISSUES (check past reviews) it’s better avoiding this clinic AT ALL COSTS. Or if you attend this clinic, MAKE SURE TO GET A SECOND opinion, otherwise- good luck.
