  Great Customer service . When you need help they eagerly help you ,specially Fariba at the self checkout line and Yelda at the customer service part.

  I was printing my photos at the self serve photo booths. I ordered 123 photos and only 20 of them printed. The machine displayed that the machine was out of ribbon. I advised the girl working there and she informed me that they're out of ribbon completely. I told her that my order isn't complete and it isn't really fair that she's making me pay for it. I wouldn't have used their machine if I had known I would only get 20 photos. She told me that she can throw out the photos and I can go somewhere else. I am shocked at how poorly this girl handled this situation. Worst customer service I've ever received. Never going back

  I like there but those people with the "happy to help" over coats aren't available often and don't really help you out! They just wanna get rid of you

  what a dump .for a store that is less than 2 years old it is disgusting in comparison to other walmarts , entering the store at 10 am through the mall doors, straight in front of me is the ladies fashions , tshirts just tossed on the tables ,not folded . none of the hanging fashions are merchandised properly , it is like someone has just thrown them on the racks without really caring , open packages of underwear just thrown around , looking for a hummingbird feeder and head to pets , what i first noticed is how filthy it is under the shelving units . does the store not have maintenance to sweep up the open bird seed and dry pet kibbles under the shelves , this will attract rats , trying to get a staff members attention was near imposssible . they are so rude that they can not acknowledge customers ? this store is not nice like the supercemtre in poco , the staff at coquitlam centre wear dirty clothing , tshirts with sayings on them , their yellow and blue vests are dirty . the store should look every day like the day that it first opened , and the staff should look and dress more professional , the manager at poco should come to this location and clean it up !

  One stop shopping. You can find some decent deals here. But not everything is priced low. If you bring in other major stores' lower price ad, they will match though... so if you can, may be worth spending some time doing some research beforehand...
