  Next, when I drop by, Bill is "so busy" working after hours that he can't tell me what's wrong with my car and will call me the next day (gave me the lecture that "I'm busy fixing this boat after business hours, so leave me be" and I'm too busy to talk with you). Now that got me outrageous.

  Needed a level 4 inspection facility to change the designation on my Sprinter van from Cargo to RV, and needed some rear brakes done. Bill was great. He did a thorough inspection and replaced the brakes as requested. I felt I was in good hands with this shop, their prices were very fair, and when I asked about a couple other issues i wanted to get done, Bill was very honest, he did not try to let me spend money that wasn't needed. I look forward to using Falcon Auto for many years to come. It is a big relief to find a shop that does a great job and is honest. Short walk to skytrain makes it easy too. All the best, Greg.

  If you like wasting your time on the street waiting for nothing and not knowing when your car will be fixed, I highly recommend Falcon and Bill the owner to you. Else I'd recommend doing business with nearby carshops (Maybe I'll try the one right in front of Falcon)

  So I made an appointment at 1:30pm to fix my ac with Bill (the owner of Falcon auto) to get it repaired as he diagnosed a faulty condenser a while ago.

  You took my cell number to call me when the job was done and never called which you said you'd call with your own mouth. So what's the point in asking for customer phone numbers and letting them know you'd call???Now this pissed me off first.

  And you call me rude for this?Maybe I should have yelled why I was being rude in front of that customer, so he actually knew what an unprofessional service he has and will be getting. So before pointing fingers at customers, think of what you did to make them pissed and rude in the first place.

  Of course you'd see me be rude. You were working on another job without calling me know my car cannot be fixed and needs another booking as the parts needed to be ordered, therefore wasting my 4 hours on the street and probably more if I didn't drop by to see what's going on or you could've just left as it already past closing hours.

  Not getting my car fixed and diagnosed even with an appointment says it all. And he didn't even have the hoist in shop to check it.

  I came back at 6:00pm as he told me the fix would take around 2 hours to fix, which was way past the allocated time he personally said.

  I wasn't really pissed about the brakes, as that was off the appointment, but your unprofessional attitude not calling me if my car cannot be fixed without moving onto the next rig which would have taken you like 5 minutes or less.

  When I got there, he was whining of how he should be home instead of fixing another guys boat and he'd call me tomorrow to rearrange the appointment and diagnose my car without any apologies.

  I was looking for a new mechanic that was reasonably priced and honest. I'm always scared about trying new shops. I took a chance on Bill and his team and have nothing but positive things to say. We've been in a few times with different vehicles. They gave us an approx estimate and were very quick to fix the problems without coming up with "Additional Charges" that weren't necessary. You can definitely trust these guys. Prompt, reasonably priced and honest. Thank you Bill.

  I also requested a brake check as it made whining sounds, but he said he couldn't check as he didn't bring a hinge. An autoshop without the necessary tools to check up a car?????
