    Fairly low key vibe at this dealership which is nice but, as other reviewers have mentioned, they oddly do seem to lose interest in completing the sale sometimes.

    So, you *might* have a fine experience here. Or, you might just end up getting ignored when the deal seems close. Who knows! In the end I'll need to take my business elsewhere - your mileage may vary!

    Great experience with this dealership. I wasn't set on any one vehicle and was afforded the luxury of test driving many models across the span of a few weeks. Most dealerships would probably get fed up with my indecisiveness but luckily Marco Ferrone was able to stick with me and keep answering my questions no matter how many I asked. After a few weeks I decided I wanted a BMW 3 series... something they didn't have on their lot. Luckily for me, Marco was able to hit the phones, and bring in the perfect vehicle for me from a different dealership and get me a great deal on it to boot!! If that isn't customer service I don't know what is! If your in the market for a new or used car get in touch with this guy as he went the extra mile for me and he will for you! Thanks again!

    Josh is the best buy to deal with if you are looking for a new or used car. He helped me when i got my car and even after i had few issues he helped me in fixing those issues. Great guy to deal with. Don’t waste your time going to different dealers. Josh has tonns of knowledge about his job.

    Great service, our family always used this dealership to purchase their vehicles, and we have purchased 2 vehicles ourselves from them. Great service, great people, they always answer any questions we had, and never forced us into a purchase. They also gave us a good deal, twice in a row. I would definitely recommend talking to Jeff or Scott the salesmen, who go above and beyond to help, and Kathy or Bob "pacman" in the financial department who really helped us out.

    Looking for a fairly unusual vehicle so didn't expect a deal, was will to pay and lease at 'sticker prices' found on GM site. Sales person was friendly but the leasing side was just no where. Kept getting a higher number than one on the manufacturer's site with no explanation and promises of, "we'll figure it out and call you back." Then nothing.

    During the test drive stage everyone was very helpful and accommodating. I feel like I got a very good price for the vehicle, and the price for my trade in was low, but we eventually met half way. Finally! I was excited to buy my first new vehicle. After making the choice of car I found the actual buying process was not well organized. I tried to arrange everything in advance, and told them I was coming before I arrived etc. It still took 2 trips of 2 hours each to get everything done. There was a lot of time spent waiting for people to become available, to call 'the boss' to check things etc... in addition I found the sales manager, Rudy... rude and a bit abrasive. I will allow that he might jut been having a bad day, but as a result I drove off the lot with my new car somewhat upset and frustrated with the Dealer. Two days later after leaving a message and my wife trying to visit him at the dealership, Rudy called back and made things right. I will never forget my first time buying a new car, or how upset I was about how I was treated whilst closing the sale. Prices good, service poor. I would consider going back, but I wouldn't make a special effort.
