    Great customer service! especially want to say big thank you to their new teller Yana, she is very professional and charming :) way to go Yana!

    Poor Customer service - teller/ cashier gave my wife an attitude when she asked twice about whether she is able to use the funds in her credit card if she pays the full outstanding amount today. My wife explained that she needed to use the funds tonight. The teller sternly replied, "Now! You can use the funds now." So my wife went home and we sat down tonight around 11pm booking a hotel stay for our summer vacation. Funds were not able to be used. We called the BMO 1-800 number. The payment won't be processed until 7am Eastern Time tomorrow. I can understand the funds not being available but at least get the facts straight. We ask twice not because it's fun for us, but because we tend to have 'service' and knowledge provided by what we expect to be subject matter experts of their area, and often this is not the case - case in point the event I am describing now.
