    Just went in there a couple days ago to buy a gift for my best friend, and was extremely pleased with the service I received. I think a woman named Alka helped me out, and she was a joy to talk to. She was super kind and helped me pick what to get my friend. 10/10 service.

    They literally pulled a bait and switch on me. Sales lady and manager were completely unhelpful and distracted. Not happy.

    Horrible customer service. After waiting for one hour for a sales rep, the manager, Heather, decided to serve another customer two spots behind us. When I asked why, the manager said that the customer had a "special situation". Extremely unprofessional!! HR???
