  Came in around 8:25pm on Tuesday night Dec 19th to get a 1-day Temporary Operation Permit and expected to be a fairly quick transaction since I got the same thing here your Coquitlam branch a month ago. Unfortunately it took 30 minutes because the agent didn't quite understand how to do the transaction even with someone else's help...she tried to follow the steps and process but kept saying 'Oh you young people, you are doing this too fast I'm still lost and confused'. It ended up with another agent doing the transaction for me instead.

  Absolutel 10/10. He went through leaps and bounds to ensure i was able to drive my newly purchased truck back home to Vancouver. Honestly the best service in town, polite, fast and just a great experience all round. Now whenever i have any questions reguarding insurance i just give him a call and he's always happy to help out.

  All the staff here are amazing and helpful. But a big special thanks to Kevin who helped my British girlfriend save hundreds of $$$ on her car insurance by taking the time to walk us through step by step on how to get her safe driving years from the UK transferred over. He answered all our questions and was so friendly. I will only be using this autoplan from now on
