  When I questioned her regarding this she continued to talk to me wide eyed and arrogantly as if I were some sort of animal. Her attitude was unappreciated and I almost grabbed my documents and took my business elsewhere.

  I will never return as long as this young arrogant brunette is employed by the co-operators. Very unprofessional and had her smashed up cell phone sitting on her desk right in front of her through our entire interaction. She didn't introduce herself so I don't even have her name or business card.

  The agent that assisted me asked me if I had registered my car this year and went on to make me feel as though I didn't have any current insurance. It is July today and I'm aware that my insurance is due in august. I renew it every August. Instead of the agent asking me if I would like to early renew as well as making the changes I originally came in to do she confused me by saying I hadn't insured this year..
