  Local building supplier that I use regularly. Pricing is good, selection is just ok. They push their Uberhaus brand which is overpriced for the quality. Service is awesome and the main reason I continue to come back. Some of the staff have been there for over 15 years and they still are eager and willing to help out, unlike the orange coats at Home Depot that seem to be in witness protection when you're in need of help.

  Ive had bad experiences with Rona in the past but more good than bad. Now that they're not Canadian anymore I don't care about the company as much. The plumbing section is far better than home depot. My first complaint is the yard closing earlier than the store. I had to hump a sheet of drywall through the store. Whatever that's not that bad and i wouldn't have complained about it if today had gone better. Josie in customer service was extremely rude on the phone when I asked about returning a Stanley tool backpack without receipt. I ended up finding the receipt and returning it no problem. However Josie left me bitter. I was polite and just wondering the return policy. Id like to think the phone cut out but there is a chance she just hung up one me. I called back and a different lady answered all my questions. The return went well and i will continue to shop there but Josie shouldn't be in customer service. Very rude person.

  Good in a pinch. But they won't price match even though they advertise they do. Recently they wouldn't exchange a propane tank that was past 7 years old. Then they tried to sell me one 23 years old. Rediculous. They blamed the 3rd party propane tank supplier.

  We wanted to do our floors in the basement. After finding an employee to help us (my apologies, I think it was Kyle but can't remember), he was amazing! Explained about laminate and vinyl planks, gave all kinds of information, and so forth. Friendly and very knowledgeable. Impressed.

  I went to the store to cut some keys. Very good customer services. Staff was very professional, friendly and patient.
