I have been going to this clinic for 3 years now and We have finally agreeing is time to make the switch! We see different dentists and assistants so often that I got tired of seeing a new face every three to four months. I went in last week because I had a tooth ache, the dentist was unable to find anything with it and asked me to wait it out to see. She did take x-rays and pocked at it but that’s it. I had a bad feeling and called another clinic the day after, they took me in and turned out to be an infection in the root of the tooth, In the new clinic they did several test and took the time to actually figure it out instead of just asking me to wait it out! I am sad to go but there is clearly an issue with management and staff has there is no consistency with any of them.

I am very unhappy that a routine preventative filling has now turned into painful teeth and requiring root canal. Needless to say, I haven't been back to this clinic and I would highly recommend to people to avoid this clinic. If the dentist drilled too deep during the filling, then take responsibility. I would totally understand if I had pain originally and she was trying to save me from root canal but I wasn't having any pain to begin with. It was meant to be preventative!

So I went back a couple of days later and had the 2 teeth filled. The dentist told me that I would be sore for a couple of days which I understood. After the filling works were done, I started having more pain and sensitivities but I waited 2 weeks because I thought it could have been the work that was done on the teeth that was causing the pain. But the pain never got better, so I called to go in to have it looked at. When I went in for a 4:30pm appointment, I was made to wait until 5:30pm. When the dentist got to me, she just said "oh it must be sore due to the work I did which is normal". So I said to her, that it would be normal to be sore for a couple of days but this has been 2 weeks and it is now painful to bite. The dentist then inspected my teeth visually and said that I was biting high and that was causing the pain and I told her my bite is fine. It feels like there was a hole in the fillings and that food was getting in. She did not even do an xray to see if she missed any fillings but instead she told me to book an appointment with Dr. Hsu for root canals if my teeth continue to hurt. I told the dentist that I came in without any nerve pain and got the fillings to prevent it from getting to a root canal but she dismissed my opinion and insisted that my teeth were bad enough that she couldn't save it despite the work that she did.

This office is very so far the best I have been to. They have state of the Art equipment. Staff and doctor are very nice, personable and knowledgeable. I am having my orthodontic work in the office as well and has been always been a positive experience. I have recommended this office to all my friends in the tri-city area. They are all happy and please. They have given me my first electric tooth brush too! cool!

I went in for a routine check up in late september 2015. I saw a female caucasian doctor (Dr. Gordon?). I wasn't having pain in my teeth, just some sensitivities to cold. The dentist took xrays and said there was a cavity in my lower right tooth and she picked out another tooth on my upper left that has been filled before. She said that upper left tooth needed to be refilled.
