  Went there last Saturday after shopping at Ikea. I generally go to the location in Vancouver however thought i would try this location as it is much larger. I drive a Dodge Dakota 4x4, mirrors are stationary. The attendant checked the box that nothing was loose and tried the passenger side mirror, didn't move so he proceeded to send me through. On the way through about half way when one of the spinning units came down it smacked my drivers side mirror hard. the unit was not even spinning. When i finished i checked my mirror and found it was not broken but it did loosen it a lot. To the point when driving it is constantly vibrating. Brought it to the attention of the attendant and as i was talking to him there were 3 other people there, one of them asked if he checked my mirror before entering, he didn't. The attendant told me that brush was giving problems all night, but when i brought him to show him and all he said was next time let them know so they can tape the mirror down so it doesn't come off. Wait what?? You are not going to do anything about this, he said there was a sign that said they are not responsible for damage. If you are not responsible for damage why have staff check mirrors to make sure they are secure? Also if this brush was giving problems all night why keep it running? Amazes me how a business with a machine not working right can say too bad so sad for the damage it caused. I have nothing but good things to say about the Vancouver location, not so much though for Coquitlam.

  This place is huge! Literally twice as large as their other location on Terminal Avenue. High-tech and does an amazing job for $15, though there are other options that I'm sure are just as good. Try the Rain-X, you won't have to use your wipers when it's raining...Crazy!! Definitely my new favorite car wash. Thank you!

  Overall good wash. Completely cleans the upper surfaces of the car and the sides. There are still some untouched areas on the lower front bumper and noticable untouched areas on the rear. During the last time I visited, no tire shine was applied to my front driver side tire. Would any of the additional options address the cleaning issues on the rear? I'd definitely pay more for getting the back as clean as the rest of the car.

  I went and got the $18 Platinum wash and added all of the extra features which added up to $26. For that amount of money, I honestly expected a much better result. It did get most of the light dirt off, but it missed a lot on the front of my car right under the hood. Also, the side got some missed as well, especially near the bottom. It did a pretty good job, but for the price, not as good as one would expect. I might try a cheaper wash next time and see what happens. A somewhat disappointing first try.

  Decent. Good and convenient for quick surface dirt removal, but misses a lot, especially in hood and mirrors area. I had the Gold wash. The attendant was awesome. I've had better quality automated washes for the money, but not more convenient.
