  I've been bringing my car in to get Mike and the guys to service it for well over 15 years. They take the time to build a relationship with their regular customers, which is nice. They treat me right and don't force repairs on me that I don't need at the moment. If something still has a lot of life in it, they tell you. They've gone of their way to find parts for my car as it aged and things started getting scarce. Yes, it's pricey to get things fixed, but that's the nature of the mechanic game.

  Dropped my vehicle off first thing in the morning at 830. I was told that I would get a call back in 1.5 hrs. I ended up calling them 3.5 hrs to find out that I would need to pay $1500.00 to replace my rotors, calipers and brake pads for the front axle alone and had to buy the best hardware or else they won't warranty their labour. I had no vehicle other than the one in the shop and felt trapped by these salesman. The manager told me that our multiple conversations was wasting his time and we would have to charge me. I ended up looking the parts at Lordco and Napa autoparts and the costs for the best parts were half of what they wanted to charge me. I ended up buying the parts and cabbing the parts to the shop and paid $420 for rotors and pads. They did the work for $186. Manager never spoke to me when I arrived. Didnt change my calipers and there is no smell to this day. Talk about rip off. BTW to change all forur wheels, rotors, calipers, and brake pads was quoted $2700.00 I could of bought a beater vehicle for the same price.

  Excellent service... Awesome mechanics. Brought my service van in on a tow truck and they had me back on the road driving in an hour.

  The folks at Budget Brake and Muffler give brilliant service. They explain the problems to me without using jargon, and they genuinely seek to find the best way to fix an issue instead of opting for the most expensive option. I trust these guys. Their work is top notch, I have never had a negative experience with them.
