  Never ever rent from this location if you don't want to get overcharged for no reason! The car was not what I expected from Hertz, worn out dirty Kia without a back camera and with less than half a tank fuel. After a return Hertz authorized about $500 in different charges for no reason. This has been cleared out only after multiple complains to the corporate. Anyway instead of charging me $36 as I expected - I've been charged $50 as "Late administration fee". I'm still puzzled what does I mean as the car has been returned on time and even Hertz billing receipt says so.

  Worst service I've ever had. The people don't understand English being one of Canada's Language. When you tell them something they won't believe you, but yet you have to believe them. You as a customer are always wrong with Hertz at this location.

  Initially given a ridiculously high quote for a 2 week rental, told them I could get equivalent car much cheaper at Enterprise (had checked on Internet). Walked out, just about to drive off when someone came out and said they could do same price.

  Yes the office is dirty but so are most car rental places. The transaction was quick and pleasant and the van I got is clean. No complaints whatsoever.

  Do not rent from here ever. They lied and tried to make an insurance claim behind my back with no damage reported to the vehicle. Circle check was fine but claimed damage at a later date. Have been dealing with them and ICBC ever since and it’s been a nightmare. If you rent here your experience will be horrendous and you will be scammed
